Screening Process:

 

• We don't simply pull resumes off of the Internet and recommend them without serious consideration. We carefully analyze candidates and cover all aspects of the recruiting process.
• All candidates must meet with us before we refer them. We spend about an hour interviewing each person to discover their strengths, weaknesses and qualifications.
• We administer computer testing for administrative or other positions that require large amounts of computer work. We test in Word, Excel and Speed Typing. We also conduct spelling, grammar, editing and writing segments that test candidates' attention to detail.
• We do thorough reference checks and education verification, and we provide you with all of these results.

• We post your open positions on our web site and other Internet job boards; however, we keep your company name confidential to prevent unwelcome inquiries.
• Throughout the year, our recruiters attend numerous career fairs in Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia. All of these efforts ensure that we find qualified candidates and make the best matches for your company.
